We provide technology services including CRM, dialers and IVR, ERP, property management, management systems, web and mobile development, design, and digital marketing, as described on https://onetouchsoft.com and in your statement of work.

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us of unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Fees are in Indian rupees unless a statement of work specifies otherwise. Payment is due per the billing schedule. Late payment may pause work. Taxes are extra where applicable. Public website prices are estimates; the signed proposal controls.

Upon full payment, you own deliverables created specifically for you. We retain pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies. Custom development may be covered by a separate NDA.

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information, including customer data, call recordings, and operational logic, for five years after the engagement ends unless a longer NDA applies.

Where we supply VoIP or dialer services, availability of emergency calling and number presentation depends on the underlying carrier and your registered location. You must keep location details current.

Services are provided with due care. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant services in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed contract states otherwise.
